Local Search

Local search results for a Tulsa business

Your Instagram followers already know you exist. That is the entire problem with treating social media as your marketing strategy: you are mostly performing for people who have already decided about you.

Strangers — the ones who become new customers — start somewhere else. They start by searching.

Search is where people look for you. Social is where they remember you.

The order that works

  • Google Business Profile — the first impression you don't control the timing of
  • Your website — where the decision usually gets made
  • YouTube — the second largest search engine, and nobody local is using it well
  • Social — distribution and reminders, not discovery

Why this order

Discovery, understanding and trust happen in sequence. Someone has to find you before they can understand you, and understand you before they can trust you. Social sits at the end of that chain, not the start of it.

Get found

Clear, current, original content attached to the places search engines actually read: your profile, your service pages, your video.

Get understood

A person should know what you do, where you do it and what it costs roughly — without having to email you to find out.

Get trusted

Proof. Real projects, real customers, real faces. Not stock photography of a handshake.

Where social actually fits

Social is distribution. When you shoot properly for search, social gets fed automatically: the same session produces the reels, the shorts and the posts. It just stops being the foundation of the whole thing.

And yes. We’ll still make the reels.
