Killer Visuals is a trade name of Brandbase Media LLC. These Terms govern your use of killervisuals.com and services provided under the Killer Visuals name.

Services are provided by Killer Visuals, 4322 East 51st St., Tulsa, OK 74135. By booking a shoot or using this site, you agree to these terms.

We provide real estate photography, property film, aerial media, business content and related production and web services. Package contents, add-ons and pricing are shown on our pricing pages and in your booking confirmation.

Shoot dates are reserved when you complete a booking and receive a confirmation. No payment is collected online at the time of booking. Someone must provide safe, legal access to the property at the scheduled time.

Invoices are issued after delivery unless otherwise agreed and are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Let us know as early as possible if plans change. Same-day cancellations, lockouts or properties that are not shoot-ready may be subject to a trip fee. We will always try to reschedule first.

Killer Visuals retains copyright to all media it produces. Upon payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered media to market the specific property or business it was created for, including MLS, social media, print and the client's own website. Media may not be resold, sublicensed to third parties, or used by another agent, brokerage or company without written permission.

Killer Visuals may display delivered work in its own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Finished media is delivered through a secure link. Delivery links expire after the retention period shown on the delivery page. Download and back up your files before that date. We are not responsible for files you did not download before expiration.

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Killer Visuals, a trade name of Brandbase Media LLC about your inquiry, bookings, appointments, scheduling, confirmations, arrival notices, delivery notifications, service updates and replies to your questions.

• Message frequency varies based on your active projects.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

This site and its free tools are provided for legitimate business use. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

Services and free tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Killer Visuals' total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
