Killer Visuals, a trade name of Brandbase Media LLC ("Killer Visuals," "we," "us," or "our"), operates killervisuals.com. This Privacy Policy explains how Killer Visuals and Brandbase Media LLC collect, use, protect and disclose information when you use killervisuals.com or communicate with us.

We are a photography, video and web media production company based at 4322 East 51st St., Tulsa, OK 74135. We provide real estate photography, property film, business content and related media services.

We collect only what we need to schedule, produce and deliver media work:

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, brokerage or company name.
• Project details: property or shoot address, square footage, access instructions, scheduling preferences and notes.
• Delivery activity: whether a delivery link has been opened or files downloaded.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs and anonymous usage analytics.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We use your information to schedule and confirm shoots, communicate about active projects, deliver finished media, send invoices and respond to inquiries. We may also send occasional service updates about work you have booked with us.

Project and contact records are kept as long as needed for our business and legal obligations. Delivered media files are hosted on a temporary delivery link and are removed after the delivery period shown on the delivery page. Please download and back up your files.
